Return Policy – Seashine Labs

At Seashine Labs, we take great pride in the quality of our skincare products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@seashinelabs.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. If the return is approved, you will receive return shipping instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos and additional information to process a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

International Returns

Seashine Labs ships from Guatemala. For international customers, please ensure the return shipment includes accurate customs documentation and is clearly labeled as a return. We are not responsible for customs fees on returned items.
